The following patient is a 22 year old who was very self conscious about her breasts. She is an "A" cup and was not only did not feel feminine, but she felt as if she had a very unattractive body. Because of this she did not date very much and was very introverted. She also dressed to hide her body.

When she came to her initial consultation, Dr. Bain discussed many options for her breasts. Her areola were of a reasonable size for a peri-areolar incision. You can see the way that scars from a traffic accident healed on her breast. Dr. Bain did not feel as if an inframammary incision would be a good idea. Her areola were different sizes to begin with and this was not changed.

The patient expressed desire to be a "D" cup breasts early in the consultation. She did not want to be ridiculously sized; however she did want to have a noticeable change. She is 5'6" tall and you can see that after surgery she was very proportional. 360 cc. moderate profile saline implants were placed and filled to 380 cc.

Dr. Bain discussed abdominal liposculpture to her as an option to change the shape of her abdomen. This was performed at the same time as the breast surgery and did not take long. You can see the dramatic change that this made to her figure. This patient was very happy with her results.
