This patient is a 32 year old mother of three. She came with multiple complaints. Her first was that her body was not proportional. She thought that her hips were too big and breasts to small. She wanted to look great in a bra, "like a Victoria Secret model." Her biggest wish was to have cleavage. She said that after she had her three children shat she lost her upper breast fullness. Dr. Bain chose implants which were the width of her breast. She did not want to look over-done. She was very happy with her breast size after surgery. Look closely at how she looks in a bra.

This patient did not have a great deal of pain after her surgery. She took one pain pill. That was all.

She also had liposuction of the abdomen and thighs. You can see that her countour has changed.

She did not want scars on her breasts. A trans-axillary, or armpit, approach was used. No scar could be seen on her chest. Her scars are shown when she lifts up her arms. Can you see them?

With the liposuction she went from a size 11 to a size 3/4. Her breast size went from a full A to a small D. She was very happy with her results.
